Blogging is now a norm. Blogging is very different compared to what we do back in the days of using a ‘private’ dairy where you jot down important matters of to you, people are now doing things in reverse. Yes, we are now in a world where we express ourselves openly on the internet and people are doing it via blogs or social sites such as Facebook. The internet has made it very easy and cheap for just about anyone to start their own blog to post whatever they want. Welcome to the blogging era.

Impact Blogging? Blogging That Matters.Because of the huge popularity with blogging these days, marketers on the internet have turned their attention to make money using blogs. One thing is for sure, a good blog can pull a huge amount of traffic and attention, and that’s when the money comes in. The traffic could come from SEO efforts, or it could come from viral or social media traffic. In fact, a lot of bloggers claimed that they made millions of dollars online, and they have legitimate screenshots to proof it as well.

You can monetize a blog by selling affiliate offers or your own offers. Furthermore, you can even make money just by selling ad space on your blog if you have a lot of quality traffic that advertisers are looking for. If you hate selling, you can simply plug in some Adsense ads and earn money whenever your site visitors click on them. The convenience that a blog provides to a marketer is obvious and the benefit itself is worth all the effort.

There are literally thousands of blogs out there in the exact same niche that you are in. So what makes yours different from the rest? How can you make your blog matter and stand out from the crowd? Your blog or blogs need to be able to create an impact for other people’s lives and that’s when you will see your blog visitors grow. When your posts are important to your visitors, people will flock to your site more often, and they will tell other people about it. Your organic or paid traffic will subscribe to your blogs, and they will come back often for more.

So how then can you provide an impactful blog? Below are some ideas to propel yourself towards the right direction.

Love what you blog.

To ensure that your blog matters, you must first ensure that your blog matters to you. You have to love what you are doing before you can expect other people to love your work. If you could take the time and effort and show it to your readers via your post and the things you do for your blog, then your readers will know how much you care and how much you love what you do.
When you are enjoying your blogging works, you will find many wonderful ideas (sometimes even crazy ones) will come naturally to you, and you will be able to express more of yourself on your blog posts each time you update it. Learn to love your blog and the work you have to do for your blog.

If you cannot find blogging to be an interesting work, you should try and outsource it to someone who does. Only when your blog is ran by someone who appreciates it will it starts to shine. That’s when you will see all your readers start to interact on your blog, and that’s when your blog subscriptions and fan base grows.

Provide Facts from careful research.

Many times, people just start to blog with their own opinion. While this is good enough most of the time, it is not good enough to make a big enough impact. What you need to do on your blog post is to provide hard solid facts and proof of your opinion or advice. If you can show people what you say or what you teach is actually effective, you will be able to capture their heart and their loyalty for a long time.

Think about it this way, as an internet marketer, you are surely to remember those who you have learnt from and you will surely hate those who scammed you before. There is no middle ground on this matter. It’s either you impact your visitors on the positive side, or you actually scare them away from your blog if you impacted them on the negative end.

Therefore, the best way to go about the ideas in your blog is to actually place relevant accompanying facts to support your facts, ideas or opinions. Next you show them that your blog post is not a wasteful post, and that it actually is a post that can help them in their daily lives. Those who will appreciate your help will stay and turn into a loyal fan of your forever. And the best part, many of these fans can be easily turned into a paying customer later.

Be different ? Don’t post a common topic.
Are you posting the same topic as everyone else? Well, if you are, then you could be in trouble especially if you are restating the same facts as everyone else. Try to say what others do not dare to say or says things other people are not saying. This is rather important because if you could just make yourself separate from the crowd, you will shine in their eyes, and they will notice you.
Of course, there are times, that you will have to post about a hot topic that everyone else is talking about but try to bring in some fresh content that people do not already know and show people you are not just another wannabe who want a piece of the pie. Show them that you are a unique individual, and that you bring new stuff to the table every single time and people will be interested to know what’s in your mind whenever you have a topic to share about.

All in all, you should always try to avoid boring topics or topics that too many people are already talking about. Think of some post that can actually help people in their daily lives, and that there are no obvious solution for it yet. Help others live a better live, and you will find yourself living in a great one as well.
